Library Card
- Chilmark Free Public Library cards are issued free of charge to people over the age of 8 who are residents of Massachusetts in certified library communities, immediate family members (husband, wife, minor children) of taxpayers in Chilmark or property owners in Martha's Vineyard. Children under the age of 8 may use cards of parents or guardians.
- All others will pay a one-time fee of $10. This out-of-state fee will be waived for members of the Coast Guard stationed in Menemsha and resident artists and interns at The Yard.
